SomatIQ™ breathwork is an embodiment experience that brings you out of your thinking mind and into the body’s electrical network. This method facilitates the release of unneeded energy that gets trapped in the network, often caused by repeated thoughts, feelings, or old narratives. By discharging this unneeded energy through the body, we can restore balance and clarity.
The Process
SomatIQ™ breathwork combines a circular breathing pattern with rhythmic music to create a safe space for emotional release.
The focus is on continuously connected breaths—no pause between the inhale and exhale—which activates the parasympathetic nervous system.
The breath becomes the key to unlocking stored energy in the body, sweeping away defenses, blockages, and restrictions that hold you back from living your most authentic life.

what to expect
Cathartic emotional releases are common with breathwork. These releases may manifest as physical movements such as shaking, crying, yelling, laughing, or a deep felt sense of relaxation. These responses help the body to discharge built-up emotional or energetic blockages, allowing the body to reset and return to its natural state of flow.
If you have a history of severe trauma, it’s recommended to work with a trained professional during breathwork sessions.
